I want to express my appreciation for one more year of loyalty to Neo-Tech and the memory of its founder Dr. Frank R. Wallace.

Unbelievable as it may seem, it has been already four years since the absence of my Adored husband. Many things have changed and many things have come to pass, almost verbatim, to what he wrote almost twenty years ago. Many more incredible things are in store for us.

This the year we make our presence known publicly through the efforts of Mark Hamilton and the TVP. We will begin laughing the parasitical elites out of existence.

We will reach critical mass.
